Qualifications

Major in HVAC engineering, refrigeration technology, or air conditioning.
3–5 years in facility systems; semiconductor/new energy experience preferred.
Understanding of automation/control, water systems, electrical systems; semicon processes familiarity.
HVAC or electrician certifications preferred.
Strong communication, teamwork, and ability to work under pressure.
Analytical skills to diagnose faults and optimize operations.
Solid technical foundation for production environment requirements.
Proficiency in Office software and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

System Operation & Maintenance: daily operation, troubleshooting, energy management of facility utilities.
Documentation & Planning: prepare SOPs, maintenance plans, repair proposals, and docs.
Project Management & Energy Saving: participate in projects; propose HVAC energy-saving solutions.
Validation & Compliance: manage validation of cleanroom HVAC systems; follow standards.
Team Management & Training: train technicians; coordinate on-site construction with other disciplines.
