Job summary

Lam Research in Malaysia seeks a Facilities Services Manager to lead the design, planning, construction and maintenance of semiconductor facilities and related systems. You will oversee vendor performance, budgets, and safety standards to ensure efficient operation across the site.

The role requires a strong background in semiconductor facilities, cleanroom management, and proven leadership to manage multi-layer contractors and a diverse team in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Industrial Engineering or equivalent; 8+ years facilities management experience with outsourced service providers.

Responsibilities

• Manage vendor relationships and ensure performance against facilities operations requirements.
• Lead the integrated facilities management team to maintain Cleanroom HVAC, chillers, air compressors, vacuum and electrical systems.
• Plan staffing and utilization of IFM resources, including overtime.
• Prepare operating budgets and variance reports; conduct financial analysis and prepare reports.
