Job summary

MY10 Electrolux Home Appliances Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Facility Manager to lead facilities across Malaysia, including the PJ HQ, Parts Centres, branches and warehouses.

You will drive safety, compliance, and maintenance to ensure operational efficiency and a positive workplace experience for all locations. The role requires strong leadership, OSH, vendor and budget management, and ability to coordinate with landlords, authorities and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Management or related field.
• 8–10 years of facilities management experience.
• Experience managing facilities across multiple sites in Malaysia.
• Strong OSH, vendor, contract and budget management.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day facilities operations across PJ HQ, parts centres and branches; set standard operating procedures.
• Oversee building systems maintenance, preventive programmes and statutory inspections.
• Lead safety, security and compliance initiatives and coordinate audits.
• Manage vendors, contractors and service providers with SLAs and KPIs.
• Develop annual facilities budgets and monitor cost within approved limits.
• Partner with HR and leadership on workplace initiatives and hybrid working.
• Lead or support office moves, renovations and new site openings.
