Job summary

TE Connectivity in Malaysia is seeking a facilities operations and engineering lead to ensure safe, reliable support for manufacturing by overseeing electrical, HVAC, water and utility systems. You will lead maintenance programs, drive reliability improvements and coordinate projects, EHS, and vendors.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in facility/manufacturing, strong RCA skills, and experience with CMMS/BMS in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, or facility engineering.
• Minimum 5 years in facility/manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of industrial facility systems and utilities.
• Experience in preventive/predictive maintenance and reliability.
• Experience in facility project management.
• Strong troubleshooting and RCA capability.
• Good understanding of EHS and statutory requirements.
• Experience managing contractors and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical, HVAC, water and utility systems for manufacturing facilities.
• Develop and execute preventive/predictive maintenance programs.
• Lead facility improvement and project management initiatives.
• Conduct RCA and reduce MTTR; ensure safety and compliance.
• Manage contractors and vendors; ensure EHS compliance.
