Job summary

Armstrong Auto Parts Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks an experienced Admin & Facilities Manager to oversee daily operations, supervise the Sewage, Cleaning, Security, and Canteen teams, and ensure compliance with licenses and policies.

You will manage budgets, coordinate external service providers, arrange travel, and drive workplace safety and sustainability initiatives, bringing a strong can-do attitude and proven leadership to a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in listed fields or related.
• 8+ years in relevant work experience; 3+ years in Assistant Manager.
• Knowledge in Facilities Management and Project Management.
• Knowledge in Power BI, Safety, Environment, Audits, Sustainability, Regulatory would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day admin and facilities operations.
• Coordinate and supervise Sewage, Cleaning, Security, and Canteen teams.
• Manage renewals and compliance for policies and licenses.
• Monitor department budget and cost-efficiency.
• Coordinate vendor contracts for services.
• Arrange employee travel and visa applications.
• Develop and enforce company policies for admin functions.
• Conduct regular staff check-ins to gauge satisfaction.
• Maintain general inbox and respond to inquiries.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned.
