Job summary

Sun Ace Kakoh (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is recruiting an Export Documentation Executive to manage quotations, orders, and shipping documentation for local and export sales.

The role requires coordinating with Sales, Production, and QC to ensure timely deliveries and compliant documentation. The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in International Business Administration or related field with 5+ years of supervision experience, and strong English and Malay communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in International Business Administration or sales-related field.
• 5+ years of pertinent experience with supervision of employees.
• Ability to communicate with top management.
• Proficient in English and Malay, both written and verbal.
• Experience with export documentation and Letters of Credit.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and provide quotations.
• Verify customer orders for local and export sales against quotation and payment terms.
• Process shipping documents, e.g. PO, Invoicing, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Insurance and ERP knowledge.
• Negotiate freight rates and vessel bookings with forwarders/liners for export shipments.
• Assist Sales personnel with inquiries, shipment arrangements and other sales queries.
• Liaise with Production, Store and QC to ensure timely deliveries of sales orders.
• Prepare monthly Sales reports and yearly Budget Report for monthly Sales Meetings.
• Handle customer complaints with internal departments and provide corrective actions.
• Monitor customer payments and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Support Sales admin tasks and perform as 5S Inspector / ISO audits when required.
