Job summary

Sun Ace Kakoh (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. based in Kluang, Johor invites qualified candidates to join our export sales team. The role focuses on handling customer inquiries, validating orders against quotations, and processing essential shipping documents with ERP support.

You will negotiate freight with forwarders, coordinate with Production, Store and QC to ensure timely deliveries, and prepare monthly sales and annual budget reports for management review.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in International Business Administration or Sales field with 5+ years of pertinent experience and supervision of employees.
• Must possess the capability to communicate with top management.
• Proficient in English and Malay, in writing & communication.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and provide quotation given by Sales personnel.
• Verify customer's order for local (Malaysia) & export sales against quotation and payment terms (L/C, D/A, D/P, T/T, COD).
• Process shipping documents (PO verification, invoicing, packing list, bill of lading, MITI Certificate of Origin, insurance); ERP knowledge preferred.
• Negotiate freight rates and vessel bookings with export forwarders/liners for export shipments; verify service provider invoices.
• Assist Sales personnel to obtain information or reply to customer inquiries, shipments, and other sales-related queries.
• Assist Sales Admin. Manager to liaise with Production, Store and QC to ensure timely deliveries of Sales orders.
• Prepare monthly Sales reports and yearly Budget Reports for monthly Sales Meetings.
• Handle customer complaints with internal departments and respond with findings and corrective actions.
• Monitor customer payments and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Support Sales Department with Sales administrative tasks and perform as a 5S Inspector, Internal Auditor for ISO9001/14001/FSSC/RSPO/NSF as required.
