Job summary

MY GOLD INTI SDN. BHD. is seeking a Human Resources Executive to manage end-to-end expatriate processes in Kuala Lumpur, including onboarding, visa applications, renewals and transfers.

You will coordinate with the Immigration Department and related agencies, prepare immigration documentation, track expiry dates, and act as the main contact for expatriates, ensuring compliance and timely actions. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 2-4 years of HR/expatriate management/immigration experience.
• Hands-on experience with Employment Pass and Malaysian immigration processes.
• Familiar with ESD, MYXpats, MDEC and Immigration Department processes.
• Strong administrative, documentation and follow-up skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple cases and deadlines.
• Willing to travel when required.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end expatriate processes including onboarding, visa/pass applications, renewal, extension, transfer and cancellation.
• Handle Employment Pass, Professional Visit Pass, Dependant Pass and other immigration matters.
• Prepare and ensure accuracy of all immigration and expatriate documentation.
• Liaise with Immigration Department, ESD, MYXpats, MDEC and other agencies.
• Monitor visa/pass expiry dates and ensure timely renewal and submission.
• Coordinate immigration appointments, document submissions and passport collection.
• Act as the main point of contact for expatriates regarding HR and immigration matters.
• Maintain accurate records and trackers for expatriate employees and immigration status.
• Keep updated on changes in Malaysia immigration policies and procedures.
• Travel when required for immigration appointments and government-related matters.
