Job summary

Padini Concept Store Queensbay Mall in Penang is seeking a Retail Senior Advisor to support store operations, supervise staff service levels, and drive sales performance. You will help uphold store standards, manage welfare, and respond to customer inquiries while coordinating training for promoters.

The role requires a Diploma in Retail Management or related field, 2–3 years in fashion retail, and strong leadership with the ability to work shifts, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Retail Management or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of experience in fashion retail.
• Pleasant personality, independent and self-motivated.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in Retail Management or any relevant field;

With at least 2/3 years of working experience in fashion retail environment;

Pleasant personality and appearance, independent and self-motivated;

Possess good leadership skills;

Able to work on shifts, weekends, public holidays and long hours;

Computer Literate.
