Jora Malaysia is seeking a Senior Executive, Sales Administration (Property Development) to manage day‑to‑day sales documentation, processing, and record maintenance. You will approve bookings from Pre‑Booking within SOP timelines and coordinate with internal teams and external parties to ensure timely submission of documents.
Responsibilities include drafting SPA/eSPA checklists, monitoring the eSPA flow, handling loan documentation, and preparing sales reports for management.

Perform day-to-day sales administrative duties, including preparation, processing, and maintenance of sales documentation and records.
Ensure sales data, customer information, and transaction records are accurately updated and properly maintained, and approve bookings from Pre-Booking within the stipulated SOP timeframe.
Coordinate with internal departments and external parties to facilitate timely submission and completion of sales-related documents.
Monitor and follow up on outstanding documentation to support smooth sales processing.
Prepare checklists for Draft Sale and Purchase Agreements by manual/electronic (SPA & eSPA) and ensure all the information, attached layouts and building specification is correct.
Monitor the eSPA process flow to ensure the eSPA is duly executed by the customer, landowner representative, and developer.
Ensure all executed documents by purchaser included SPA, loan agreement and other loose letters returned by lawyer within SOP timeframe given.
Assist the sales team in following up with purchasers and solicitors regarding SPA execution, balance of the first 10%, and loan application.
Maintain systematic filing and proper record management for all sales documents.
Process progress billings/invoices on first 10% payment.
Follow up on collection of differential sums if any by calls or WhatsApp message within SOP timeframes given
Issue Credit Notes (CN) for rebates/promotions (if any) and obtain TN’s execution.
Prepare official receipts of payments from purchasers.
Monitor the loan agreement signing appointment with solicitors/internal arrangement based on SOP timeframe given.
Assist in preparing routine sales reports, summaries, and tracking schedules for management and departmental use.
Coordinate with bankers/external pasties and monitoring the status and report of all ongoing processing cases, ensure accurate tracking, timely follow up and completion within established timelines.
Update sales status and administrative trackers to reflect accurate and current information.
Monitor and ensure LPHS/LPHP/eRumah/iHome/etc registration is completed within SOP timeframe given
Provide reports as and when required by superior.
Deal with internal queries regarding payments and ensure customers pay on time.
Provide administrative support to the sales team and respond to basic enquiries from customers and sales agents regarding documentation and processing status.
Act as a support liaison to ensure effective communication between relevant parties.
Support sales operations to ensure documentation and administrative processes are completed within required turnaround timeframes.
Comply with company policies, procedures, and service standards in all sales administration activities.
