Jora Malaysia is seeking a diligent Sales Administration and Credit Control Coordinator to support daily operations across property sales, SPA, loan applications and completion.
You will manage documentation, coordinate with lawyers and bankers, monitor case progress from booking to completion, and prepare reports. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in sales administration or property admin with strong Excel skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Responsible for supporting daily sales administration and credit control operations, ensuring accurate documentation, timely submission and smooth progression of property sales cases from booking through SPA, loan application and completion.

Sales Administration – Manage day-to-day sales administration activities and ensure all sales transactions are properly recorded, updated and processed according to Company procedures.
Sales Documentation – Prepare, verify and submit sales documentation accurately and within the required timeline.
SPA & Legal Documentation – Coordinate and follow up on Sale & Purchase Agreement (SPA), legal documentation, execution status and related matters with appointed lawyers.
Loan & Financing Coordination – Manage loan documentation and follow up with bankers, purchasers and relevant parties to monitor loan application, approval and disbursement progress.
Credit Control – Monitor outstanding documentation, payments, financing status and other credit-related matters, and follow up promptly on pending or overdue cases.
Case Progress Monitoring – Maintain an updated tracking system for all sales cases and monitor progress from booking, SPA, loan application, approval, signing and completion.
Stakeholder Coordination – Coordinate closely with lawyers, bankers, property agents, purchasers, sales teams and internal departments to ensure smooth case progression.
Follow-Up & Issue Resolution – Proactively follow up on pending matters, identify delays or documentation gaps and escalates issues to the relevant parties for resolution.
Records & Data Management – Maintain accurate and organized records of sales, credit, SPA, loan and customer documentation, ensuring information is updated and easily retrievable.
Multiple Project Support – Manage cases across multiple projects and prioritize urgent or time-sensitive matters according to business requirements.
Sales Reporting – Prepare regular sales administration and credit control reports, including case status, pending documentation, loan progress, outstanding matters and other relevant updates.
Process Compliance & Improvement – Ensure sales administration and credit control processes are carried out in accordance with Company policies, procedures and approval requirements, while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and control.
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Property Management or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in sales administration, credit control, property administration, loan processing or a related field.
Experience in the property/real estate industry will be an advantage.
Good understanding of SPA, loan documentation and property transaction processes.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills with lawyers, bankers, agents and internal teams.
Good attention to detail with strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
Able to manage multiple cases, projects and deadlines independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsible, organized, proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
