Job summary

AYer Holdings Berhad in Malaysia seeks a motivated Sales & Marketing professional with a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree to drive growth across our property projects. You will engage buyers, handle walk-ins, and support planning and reporting for targets.

The role emphasizes proactive lead generation, participation in exhibitions and roadshows, marketing activities including CSR events, and maintaining a presentable sales gallery to leave a lasting impression.

Responsibilities

• Contribute ideas to formulate sales strategy and planning.
• Attend walk-ins and calls from potential buyers and real estate agents.
• Source and secure new customer database for products/projects.
• Compile and update reports related to sales, budgeting and targets.
• Assist to manage sales initiatives and post-mortem assessments.
• Participate in sales activities, exhibitions, roadshows and launches.
• Support marketing events and CSR activities.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the sales gallery and show units.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Job description

• a) Contribute ideas to formulate sales strategy and sales planning.
• b) Attend to walk in and incoming calls from potential or existing purchasers/ buyers and appointed real estate agency.
• c) Continuously source for and secure new database of customers and prospects for all types of products/ projects.
• d) Compile and update reports and filling related to sales, budgeting and targets on regular basis.
• e) Assist to manage sales initiatives, activities and provide post-mortem reports and assessment.
• f) Participate in all sales activities, property exhibitions, roadshows, product launches and other sales related events.
• g) Participate in all marketing, A&P events and activities including CSR activities/ events.
• h) Upkeep cleanliness and tidiness of sales gallery & show units and models to create a lasting impression on customers.
• i) Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management from time to time.

Requirement

• a) Candidate must posses at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• b) Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
• c) Pro-active, enthusiastic and self-driven with high level of integrity.
• d) Good organisational skills, highly motivated and result oriented.
