Job summary

AYER Holdings in Malaysia seeks a proactive Sales & Marketing professional to drive new business and manage client relationships. You will respond to walk-ins and calls, source databases, compile regular reports, and support budgeting and targets.

Responsibilities include participating in exhibitions, launches, CSR activities, maintaining showroom presentation, and assisting with post-event analyses. A Diploma or Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years in sales is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
• Pro-active, enthusiastic and self-driven with integrity.
• Good organizational skills and result oriented.

Responsibilities

• Contribute ideas to formulate sales strategy and planning.
• Attend walk-ins and calls from purchasers and appointed real estate agencies.
• Continuously source for and secure new database of customers and prospects for all types of products/projects.
• Compile and update reports related to sales, budgeting and targets on regular basis.
• Assist to manage sales initiatives, activities and provide post-mortem reports and assessment.
• Participate in all sales activities, property exhibitions, roadshows, product launches and other sales related events.
• Participate in all marketing, A&P events and activities including CSR activities/events.
• Upkeep cleanliness and tidiness of sales gallery & show units and models to create a lasting impression on customers.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management from time to time.
