Job summary

Superior Property Development Sdn Bhd seeks a Civil Project Coordinator with 3+ years' experience to assist planning, design development, budgeting, tendering, and execution of construction projects in Malaysia.

You will review drawings, monitor progress and costs, coordinate with consultants, contractors, and authorities, ensure compliance, and support QA/QC and handover. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in project planning, design development, or project management.
• Knowledge of construction contracts, building regulations, by-laws, and local authority requirements.
• Good understanding of project budgeting, cost control, variation orders, and cash flow.
• Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD, with the ability to review technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities, meetings, site inspections, and stakeholders.
• Support project execution, issue resolution, documentation, and follow-up.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Prepare project reports, progress updates, and budget analyses.
