Job summary

USAHA ANGGUN SDN BHD is seeking a Civil Site Supervisor to oversee daily site activities, ensuring adherence to drawings, specifications, and project requirements. The role involves coordinating with the Project Manager, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers for smooth project execution.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, 2–3 years of civil construction experience, and strong communication and problem-solving

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or an equivalent qualification.
• Preferably 2 - 3 years of working experience in civil construction.
• Knowledge of civil engineering construction methods, site supervision, and construction drawings.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and project documents.
• Good communication, coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple site activities effectively.

• Monitor the usage of construction materials, equipment, manpower, and other site resources.
• Assist in planning and coordinating construction activities to ensure the project is completed within the scheduled timeframe.
