• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

• Source and evaluate suppliers to obtain best value in cost, quality, and service.

Job Summary:

This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process for medical and non-medical goods and services to support hospital operations. This role oversees sourcing, supplier management, tendering activities, contract administration, and cost optimization while ensuring compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, quotation comparison, negotiation, purchase order issuance, and delivery follow-up.
• Support contract negotiations, renewals, and vendor performance reviews.
• Conduct supplier performance evaluations on quality, pricing, delivery, and service standards
• Ensure timely purchase and delivery of requested items to meet operational requirements
• Participate in contract negotiations and tender exercises
• Source and evaluate suppliers to obtain the best value in terms of cost, quality, and service.
• Monitor contract compliance, service level agreements (SLAs), and key supplier deliverables

Requirements:

• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics or related field
• Minimum 4-6 years of procurement experience, preferably in healthcare, hospital, pharmaceutical, or related industries
• Experience in managing tender exercises, supplier negotiations, and contract administration
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
