Qualifications

• Minimum 4–6 years procurement experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Experience in tender exercises, supplier negotiations, and contract administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities including sourcing, quotation comparison, negotiation, PO issuance, and delivery follow-up.
• Support contract negotiations, renewals, and vendor performance reviews.
• Conduct supplier performance evaluations on quality, pricing, delivery, and service standards.
• Ensure timely purchase and delivery of items to meet operational requirements.
• Participate in contract negotiations and tender exercises.
• Source and evaluate suppliers to obtain best value in cost, quality, and service.
• Monitor contract compliance, SLAs, and key supplier deliverables.
