Job summary

Protecthealth Corporation in Sepang, Selangor invites a Senior Executive, ITO Partner Management to support and manage key relationships with Insurance and Takaful Operators for MediAsas delivery. You will focus on partner engagement, governance and cost containment, coordinating with ITOs and internal teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 4–7 years in healthcare or insurance, with strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Insurance/Takaful or related discipline.
• 4–7 years of relevant experience in healthcare, health insurance/takaful, TPA, managed care or related environment.
• Experience in partner/stakeholder management, claims, provider management, contract administration, FWA or cost containment would be advantageous.
• Strong communication, stakeholder-management and relationship-building skills.
• Good analytical, problem-solving and organisational capabilities.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day engagement and working relationships with assigned ITO partners.
• Coordinate ITO onboarding, contracting and operational alignment activities.
• Monitor ITO performance against agreed KPIs, SLAs and contractual requirements.
• Prepare performance reports and coordinate improvement actions where required.
• Support contract administration, governance and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with Provider Network and Analytics teams on cost-containment initiatives, including DRG and COFWA.
• Identify performance gaps, operational issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate with ITOs, vendors, government agencies and relevant internal stakeholders.
• Support process improvement, operational excellence and digitalisation initiatives.
