Job summary

Protecthealth Corporation in Sepang, Selangor is seeking an experienced Manager, ITO Partner Management to lead the end-to-end ITO partner lifecycle, including onboarding, contracting, governance and performance management for MediAsas.

You will collaborate with ITOs, internal teams and government agencies to strengthen partnerships, improve operational performance and drive cost containment, while developing the ITO Partner Management team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Around 10 years of relevant healthcare industry experience.
• Strong stakeholder/partner management and cost containment exposure.
• Excellent negotiation, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across diverse stakeholders.

We are looking for an experienced Manager, ITO Partner Management to lead the management, governance and performance of our Insurance and Takaful Operator (ITO) partners in supporting the delivery of MediAsas.

This role will oversee the end-to-end ITO partner lifecycle, including onboarding, contracting, performance management, governance, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement. You will work closely with ITOs, internal teams and key stakeholders to strengthen partnerships, improve operational performance and support sustainable healthcare cost management.

Key responsibilities

Lead the overall management, engagement and optimisation of ITO partnerships.

Oversee ITO onboarding, contracting, operational alignment and data governance.

Monitor partner performance against agreed KPIs and SLAs and drive improvement plans where required.

Manage contractual obligations, governance requirements and regulatory compliance.

Build strong relationships with ITOs, vendors, government agencies and strategic stakeholders.

Collaborate with Provider Network and Analytics teams on cost-containment initiatives, including DRG and COFWA.

Identify operational and performance trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Support operational excellence, process improvement and digital transformation initiatives.

Lead and develop the ITO Partner Management team while fostering accountability and collaboration.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, Healthcare Management or equivalent.

Around 10 years of relevant experience, preferably within hospitals, health insurance/takaful, TPA or related healthcare environments.

Strong exposure to stakeholder or partner management, claims, panel/provider management, FWA, cost containment, vendors or TPAs.

Strong relationship management, stakeholder engagement and conflict-resolution capabilities.

Good analytical, negotiation, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across different stakeholders.
