Job summary

ProtectHealth Corporation Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Executive, ITO Partner Management in Cyberjaya to manage key relationships with Insurance and Takaful Operators for MediAsas delivery. You will engage partners, monitor performance, and coordinate contracts and governance with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery.

The role focuses on partner engagement, performance monitoring, and cost-containment initiatives, requiring strong communication and stakeholder-management skills,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline (Business Admin / Healthcare / Insurance).
• 4–7 years of relevant experience in healthcare, health insurance/takaful, TPA or managed care.
• Experience in partner/stakeholder management, contracts, and cost containment is advantageous.
• Strong communication, stakeholder-management and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day engagement with assigned ITO partners.
• Coordinate onboarding, contracting and operational alignment.
• Monitor performance against KPIs, SLAs and contracts.
• Prepare performance reports and coordinate improvement actions.
• Support contract administration, governance and compliance.
• Collaborate on cost-containment initiatives (DRG/COFWA).
• Identify performance gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate with ITOs, vendors, government agencies and internal teams.
• Support process improvement and digitalisation initiatives.
