Job summary

Ensure compliance with all import/export regulations, customs requirement, and international trade laws.

Oversee documentation for custom clearances

Customs and Documentation Management

Prepare and review all shipping documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with international shipping standards

Ensure accurate record-keeping of import/export documents for audits and legal requirements

Vendor and Logistics Management

Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping companies, customs brokers, and other third-party service providers to ensure efficient transportation

Manage relationships with overseas suppliers and buyers to ensure timely and compliant shipments

Inventory and Shipment Tracking

Track and monitor shipments, ensuring timely deliveries and addressing any delays or

Compliance Audits and Reporting

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

Experience working with customs regulations and global trade compliance.

Experience in negotiating contracts with shipping companies, freight forwarders, and suppliers Thorough understanding of local and international customs regulations, trade compliance, tariff classifications, and duty management.
