Toyota Capital Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. invites applications for a Senior Executive, Fleet Operations to oversee and optimize KINTO fleet activities.

You will coordinate daily CFM/After Sales Operations, manage KINTO accounts, and collaborate with inter-department teams to ensure smooth vehicle maintenance and policy compliance. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree with 3–5 years in fleet operations or admin, excels in communication, and is proficient in MS Office.

• 3–5 years in admin, fleet operations, or daily operational roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily operations of the CFM Department / KINTO After Sales Operations.
• Manage and control all KINTO accounts, including vehicle maintenance, costing, contract termination, and disposal.
• Handle daily ad-hoc requirements and customer inquiries professionally.
• Coordinate with inter-company departments on stamping, insurance renewal, payments, and vehicle collection.
• Monitor, measure, and report on KINTO after-sales operational performance and issues.
• Plan and oversee vehicle maintenance-related matters to ensure efficiency.
• Prepare and compile standard pricing, maintenance costing, and monitor insurance values.
• Continuously review and enhance operational processes to improve efficiency and service quality.

• Coordinate and oversee the daily operations of the CFM Department / KINTO After Sales Operations.
• Manage and control all KINTO accounts, including vehicle maintenance, costing, contract termination, and vehicle disposal.
• Handle daily ad-hoc requirements and customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate and work closely with inter-company departments on stamping, insurance renewal, payments, and vehicle collection.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree holder in any field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of working experience in administrative, fleet operations, or daily operational roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Detail-oriented, well-organised, and able to manage multiple operational tasks independently.
