Job summary

Scientex Heights Sdn Bhd in Muar, Johor, invites a proactive sales professional to join its Property Sales team. You will build relationships with clients, drive leads, and facilitate property transactions from enquiry to SPA execution.

The role requires weekend work, a presentable demeanor, and the ability to work with marketing and finance colleagues to meet targets. Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in property sales is an advantage. Training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years sales experience.
• Result-orientated with strong negotiation skills.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Own transport and reliable industry awareness.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads, build client relationships, and facilitate property sales transactions.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and other stakeholders to achieve targets.
• Attend sales enquiries, launches and events and provide timely follow-up.
• Deliver excellent sales and customer service to existing customers and prospects.
• Participate in roadshows, exhibitions and events.
• Assist with loan applications and SPA execution to close sales.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor or Company.

Job description

To generate leads, build strong client relationships, and facilitate property sales transactions.

Towork closely with sales team, marketing department, and other stakeholders to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Attend to any form of sales enquiries, launches and events.

To provide excellent sales and customer services to existing customer and prospects.

To participate in roadshows, exhibitions and events.

To provide necessary assistances and follow up in loan application and SPA execution in order to complete the sale transaction.

To conduct market research and competitor analysis.

Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as maybe assigned by the superior or Company.

Qualifications/Requirements

Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM “A” Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree Post Graduate Diploma, Business Studies/ Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing or equivalent.

Fresh graduate is welcome to apply. Those with experience would be an added advantage.

At least three (1) years experience in related field.

Result-orientated andexcellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with a demonstrated ability to close sales and achieve targets.

Proactive, dynamic and a good team player.

Able to work on weekends and public holidays.

Possess own transport .

Good Communications skills with friendly character.

Online training will be provided.
