Job summary

Job description

Malton Berhad is an established company listed on the Main Board of the Malaysia Securities Exchange Board. The core activities of the Malton Berhad Group include property development, project management and construction works.

As part of our expansion programme, we are looking for suitably qualified and highly motivated Malaysians to join us.

Responsibilities

Attend to all sales enquiries proficiently, in a professional manner

Call & follow up all database list assigned by the Senior Sales Manager; provide regular call updates.

Responsible for executing all sales & promotional activities, including but not limited to manning of sales gallery, road shows & exhibitions.

Ensure individual and group sales targets are achieved as planned.

Follow up with all sales bookings and loan applications, to ensure prompt sales conversion including the signing of SPA and collection of first 10%

Attend to any customer complaints, and if it relates to another department such as Customer Care or Sales Admin, to convey the complaint(s) to the Senior Sales Manager, so necessary action can be taken by the relevant department.

Provide sales updates, and if required, to provide regular sales reports.

Responsible for upkeep of sales galleries.

Assist in market research and preparation of sales or information kits.

Requirement

Minimum SPM qualification, with a Diploma preferred.

Possesses sales experience in Property industry.

Matured, able to work independently.

Pleasant demeanour, non-smoker.

Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Fluent in English and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word & Excel.

Possess own transport.

Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays.
