Responsibilities include 3-way matching, validation and posting of supplier invoices, preparing payment vouchers, and handling payables inquiries.

Job Description:
To identify the right G/L accounts for non-trade invoice processing timely & accurately
To perform 3-way matching for invoice processing timely & accurately
Validation and booking of supplier invoices.
To prepare & verify all Purchase Payment Vouchers.
Handling enquiries relating to payables from stakeholders.
To involve in trainings for continuous improvement & testing on system upgrades as required
Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or equivalent
Must be able to communicate in English fluently
MS Office knowledge is advantage
Enthusiastic, keen to learn, meticulous to detail, mature, and able to work independently
Problem solver mindset with proven abilities of solving commercial problems on day-to-day basis
A team player who is self-motivated
