Mewah Group in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Analyst, IT - Developments & Operations to help implement and enhance enterprise applications, develop, test, and support enhancements, and ensure seamless integration between HQ, factories and subsidiaries for data consolidation and digital analytics.
You'll work with vendors, gather requirements, support IT security, maintain docs, and contribute to incident, problem, and change management.
Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in implementing and enhancing enterprise applications and business solutions.
Develop, test, debug, and support application enhancements based on business requirements.
Support seamless integration between HQ, factories, and subsidiaries for business data consolidation, digital analytics, and smart technology initiatives.
Provide application support, troubleshooting, and user guidance to ensure effective system utilization.
Coordinate with business users and vendors for requirements gathering, UAT, training, and project delivery.
Support IT security policies, procedures, SOPs, SLAs, and IT governance initiatives.
Maintain technical documentation and participate in incident, problem, and change management activities.
Role Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
Experiences:
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in enterprise application development and support.
Experience in ERP systems, Power Platform, or custom business applications.
Experience in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and/or Waterfall project environments.
Exposure to vendor management, UAT, and end-user training.
Technical Skills
ERP (At Least One):
Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2018 - C/AL concepts, tables, pages, reports, upgrade considerations to BC.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central - AL basics, extensions model, events/subscribers, RDLC reports, permissions.
SAP ECC 6 - MM, SD, FI/CO, PP processes, SE16/SE16N, SM37, ST22.
Core Technical Skills
Strong SQL skills, preferably Microsoft SQL Server.
Knowledge of REST/OData/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, and integration concepts.
Experience with Git, Azure DevOps and/or Jira.
Familiarity with CI/CD, SDLC, and release management processes.
Practical knowledge of ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
Knowledge of security roles and solution deployment within Power Platform.
Experience in .NET Core and UI/UX is an added advantage.
