Qualifications

• 5+ years as Executive/Personal Assistant or Lifestyle Manager.
• Experience with ultra-high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, or family office operations.
• High availability mindset, evenings/weekends when needed.
• Absolute discretion with sensitive financial/personal info.
• Strong organizational skills with obsessive follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Manage personal, family, and logistical matters end‑to‑end for CEO/CSO.
• Coordinate personal finances, bills, and admin across properties and countries.
• Handle visas, tax residency, and international compliance.
• Plan personal travel, events, and multi-country logistics.
• Support with presentations, reports, and documentation as needed.
