Key Responsibilities
  • Accompany the CEO on all business travels, meetings, and appointments, ensuring seamless coordination and follow-up.
  • Assist in strategic planning, research, and execution of business initiatives.
  • Engage with investors and stakeholders, leveraging your persuasive skills to foster collaborations, secure partnerships, and close deals.
  • Handle confidential matters with discretion, including scheduling, communications, and project management.
  • Provide insightful analysis and street-smart advice to support decision-making in dynamic situations.
  • Manage multilingual communications, primarily in Mandarin and English, with potential for other languages as needed.
Requirements
  • Recognized qualifications in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field (Bachelor's degree or equivalent; advanced certifications like MBA a plus).
  • Proven business mindset with experience in entrepreneurship, sales, or investor relations.
  • Street-smart acumen - Quick thinker, resourceful, and able to handle high-pressure scenarios with practical solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, especially in convincing investors and building strategic alliances.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken) is essential; additional languages are advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel extensively (domestic and international) and maintain a flexible schedule.
  • Strong organizational skills, tech-savvy and a proactive attitude.
  • Minimum 10-15 years of relevant experience in executive support, business development, or a similar role.
