Job summary

NBPOL is seeking a Senior Executive, Analytics (Planning & Corporate) to support business planning, performance analysis and corporate reporting from Ara Damansara, Selangor, Malaysia. You will drive planning, performance analysis, and reporting to inform management decisions.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation, monitoring and analysis of business plans, budgets and performance targets.

Business Planning & Performance Analysis (30%)* Support the preparation, monitoring and analysis of NBPOL business plans, operational plans and performance targets.* Analyse actual performance against plans, budgets, targets and historical trends to identify key variances and performance gaps.* Conduct detailed analysis to understand the underlying drivers of business performance and highlight areas requiring management attention.* Develop regular and ad-hoc management reports, dashboards and analytical presentations to support business reviews.* Track key business indicators and provide insights on emerging trends, risks and opportunities.2. Business Analytics & Improvement Identification (30%)* Conduct in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis across relevant NBPOL business areas to identify performance trends, inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.* Identify business hotspots by analysing operational, financial and other relevant business data.* Investigate root causes of significant variances, performance gaps and recurring issues.* Translate analytical findings into practical insights and recommendations for management consideration.* Support benchmarking and comparative analysis to identify potential areas for improvement.* Work with relevant stakeholders to validate findings and understand the business context behind the data.3.
