Job summary

Samsung Electronics America is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to analyze external and internal business environments and develop strategies to strengthen competitiveness. You will create dashboards, perform forecasting, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance to measure KPIs, track promotions, and analyze market trends in mobile devices and consumer electronics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher; 8+ years experience or 6 years with a Master's or 3 years with a PhD.
• Experience in BI, analytics, dashboards, forecasting and data modelling.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management to influence senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze channel performance (MM, retail, online, telco, dealer) to identify growth opportunities and gaps.
• Prepare dashboards and intelligence reports to track promotions, ROI on channel investments, and campaign effectiveness.
• Support monthly/quarterly forecasts with data modelling and scenario analysis.
• Develop automated reports and real-time dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Generate monthly Competitive Playbooks to keep salesforce ahead.
