Kuala Lumpur Pavilion Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Executive/Executive, Events & Promotions to plan and execute marketing campaigns through events and promotions, aligning with the company's objectives. You will secure sponsorships, liaise with tenants and vendors, prepare proposals and approvals, and help shape the overall event strategy while ensuring accurate documents and records.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Marketing/Public Relations/Mass Communications/Journalism or related field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-intensity working environment
• Strong networking abilities, resourceful and a multi-tasker with keen attention to detail

Responsabilités

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns through events and promotions aligned with objectives
• Assist in securing sponsorships and collaborations with external organizers or tenants
• Prepare relevant approval documents for event proposals
• Coordinate with tenants, contractors and event companies to ensure successful execution
• Maintain communication with tenants and external organizers or suppliers
• Contribute input into the overall event strategy, planning and delivery
• Prepare and process quotations and invoices for Finance; keep event records up to date
