Job summary

Role Description

The Senior Event Manager is a full-time role based in Petaling Jaya with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some work-from-home flexibility. This role is responsible for leading the end-to-end planning, management, and execution of events, from concept development and budgeting to on-site coordination and post-event evaluation. The Senior Event Manager will collaborate closely with clients to understand their objectives, create event strategies and proposals, and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints. Day-to-day tasks include managing timelines and resources, overseeing vendors and production partners, coordinating internal creative and digital teams, and resolving operational issues to deliver high-quality events on schedule and within budget. The role also involves mentoring junior team members, maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to new business pitches and event innovation.

• Candidates should possess strong event planning and project management skills, including experience in end-to-end event execution and budgeting.

• Proficiency in basic office and project management tools, attention to detail, flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends for events, and fluency in written and spoken English are advantageous.
