Job summary

PROJECT 4X Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Event Executive to lead and execute a wide range of corporate events, exhibitions, roadshows, and brand activation projects. The ideal candidate is highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, and passionate about delivering exceptional event experiences.

You will work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure each event is planned and executed successfully within timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in event management, exhibitions, roadshows, or marketing events.
• Experience in managing corporate events, exhibitions, or brand activation projects is highly preferred.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client servicing skills.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willing to travel and work on weekends or public holidays when required by event schedules.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transport is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events, exhibitions, roadshows, product launches, conferences, and brand activations.
• Manage event timelines, budgets, and project schedules from pre-event planning to post-event reporting.
• Liaise with clients to understand event objectives and provide professional recommendations.
• Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, contractors, and venue management to ensure smooth event execution.
• Conduct site visits, venue inspections, and oversee event setup and dismantling.
• Prepare event proposals, quotations, production schedules, and project documentation.
• Monitor project progress and resolve operational issues promptly during event execution.
• Supervise and coordinate event crew, promoters, freelancers, and vendors during events.
• Ensure all events are delivered within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Prepare post-event reports, project evaluations, and recommendations for future improvements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and business partners.
