Job summary
Jora Malaysia is seeking a Senior ERP Support Executive to maintain ERP and Transport Management System operations. You will work with logistics, warehouse, production, and purchasing teams to keep order-to-delivery processes running smoothly.
The role requires ERP and TMS experience, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate with diverse departments and external vendors.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
- Preferably 2–5 years of experience in ERP support, TMS support, application support, business systems or similar role.
- Experience in manufacturing, logistics, distribution or supply chain environment is highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems and Transport Management Systems (TMS).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical users.
- Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with different departments and external vendors.

The successful candidate will provide system support for ERP and Transport Management System (TMS) platforms, working closely with business users, logistics, warehouse, production, purchasing and other departments to ensure smooth system operations and efficient order-to-delivery processes.
