Job summary

Roche seeks a Senior ERP Solution Architect to design and govern enterprise ERP solutions across complex environments. You will shape the technology roadmap, ensure standards-based architectures, and coordinate with stakeholders to align business objectives.

You will lead technical teams, drive data modeling and integration strategies, and establish governance practices while mentoring architects within Roche’s enterprise community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, with 7+ years designing ERP solutions.
• Experience delivering business-driven, standards-based ERP architectures in multi-product environments (e.g., SAP).
• Proven leadership of technical teams to solve complex architectural problems with analytical rigor.
• Strong data modeling, integration design, and governance capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design robust ERP architectures that meet business priorities and enterprise standards.
• Lead technical teams to drive the technology roadmap and reduce architectural debt.
• Define data models, taxonomies, ontologies, and complex integration pathways.
• Establish ADRs, reference architectures, and manage NFRs with governance.
