Job summary

Roche is seeking an Employee Lifecycle Management SME to drive end-to-end HR projects, ensuring process excellence and regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with global and regional teams to standardize operations, build knowledge, and enable automation.

Strong project management within HR and proficiency in Workday and ServiceNow are essential. You will lead training, maintain documentation, and act as escalation point for complex requests, aligning with Roche People Practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in HR.
• 8+ years HR experience (generalist or specialist).
• Exposure to HR Shared Services/Global Business Services/Centre of Excellence operating models.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end HR operations and their IT/Finance connections.
• Proven familiarity with Workday and ServiceNow; ability to prepare dashboards and storytelling decks.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HR projects with global and regional scope.
• Keep process documentation and training materials up-to-date.
• Drive continuous improvement, efficiency, and automation initiatives.
• Collaborate across regional and global HR networks to understand pain points and propose solutions.
• Ensure HR processes comply with statutory and audit requirements.
