Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience designing and implementing business-driven ERP solutions in complex multi-product environments (e.g., SAP).
• Strong leadership and ability to mentor peers and drive architectural decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design robust ERP architecture across complex multi-product environments.
• Lead technical teams to solve architectural problems with analytical rigor.
• Maintain vision and roadmap for multiple ERP solutions and assess impact of changes.
• Create Conceptual & Logical Data Models, Taxonomies, Ontologies, and integration pathways.
• Define reference architectures, manage Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) and ADRs.
• Communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders and align perspectives.
• Research, evaluate, pilot, and drive adoption of new ERP technologies.
• Mentor peers and contribute to enterprise architecture governance.
