Roche Holding AG recherche un Senior ERP Solution Architect pour concevoir et piloter des solutions ERP alignées sur les objectifs métiers dans un écosystème complexe.

Le candidat idéal possède une expérience avérée en architecture ERP, leadership technique, modélisation des données et gestion des parties prenantes. Le poste implique la définition de normes d’architecture, la gestion de la roadmap et le mentorat d’équipes d’architecture.

Qualifications

• Licence en informatique, IT ou domaine connexe exigée.
• 7+ années d’expérience dans la conception et la mise en œuvre de solutions ERP orientées métier dans un environnement multi‑produit.
• Bonne connaissance des technologies ERP (ex.: SAP) et des plateformes d’intégration.
• Excellentes compétences en communication et en gestion des parties prenantes, avec une capacité à inspirer les équipes techniques.

Responsibilities

• Concevoir des architectures ERP robustes, conformes aux normes et répondant aux priorités métier et standards d’entreprise.
• Diriger les équipes techniques pour résoudre des problèmes architecturaux complexes et proposer des solutions innovantes.
• Maintenir la vision, la feuille de route technologique et le paysage actuel de plusieurs solutions ERP connectées.
• Établir des modèles de données conceptuels et logiques, taxonomies et voies d’intégration complexes.
• Définir et appliquer les architectures de référence, les NFR et les ADR, et documenter les décisions d’architecture.
• Communiquer clairement des concepts techniques et négocier avec des parties prenantes variées.
• Encourager les meilleures pratiques d’architecture et mentorer les architectes juniors.

The Opportunity

As a Senior ERP Solution Architect, you will design business-driven, standards-based, and future-ready enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions within complex, multi-solution contexts. You will use sophisticated analytical thought to lead technical teams, driving the technology roadmap and ensuring the evolution of our enterprise landscape.

• Design Robust ERP Architecture: You will design robust, standards-based ERP solutions that meet product requirements, business priorities, and enterprise standards across complex multi-product environments.

• Drive Problem Solving & Innovation: You will lead technical teams to solve complex architectural problems using sophisticated analytical thought, exercising judgment to deliver innovative solutions.

• Manage Landscape & Roadmaps: You will maintain the vision, technology roadmap, and current landscape for multiple interconnected ERP solutions, assessing impact on capabilities and risk.

• Define Data Models & Integration Pathways: You will create Conceptual & Logical Data Models, Taxonomies, Ontologies, and complex Integration pathways across the product ecosystem.

• Establish Governance & Reference Standards: You will define reference architectures, manage Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) and fitness functions, and ensure Architecture Decision Records (ADRs) are documented and published.

• Engage & Negotiate with Stakeholders: You will communicate difficult architectural concepts clearly and negotiate with diverse stakeholders to align perspectives across the complete product landscape.

• Lead Technology & Vendor Assessments: You will research, evaluate, pilot, and drive the adoption of new ERP technologies while managing technical debt and conducting vendor assessments.

• Champion Architecture Practices: You will proactively contribute to architecture practices and governance while mentoring peers and junior architects within the enterprise community.

Who You Are

You are a strategic, analytical thinker who excels at managing architectural interdependencies and building consensus across diverse stakeholder groups.

• Education & Experience: You possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with 7+ years of experience designing and implementing business-driven, standards-based solutions within a complex multi-product ERP environment (e.g., SAP).

• Technical Leadership Expert: You bring a proven track record of leading technical teams to solve complex architectural problems using analytical rigor and creative problem-solving.

• ERP Ecosystem Specialist: You demonstrate in-depth and expert-level knowledge across multiple ERP technology areas, integration platforms, and application landscapes.

• Data & Integration Modeler: You have strong capability in creating Conceptual & Logical Data Models, Taxonomies, Ontologies, and establishing complex Integration pathways.

• NFR & Architecture Governance Leader: You hold expertise in managing Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs), defining fitness functions, establishing reference architectures, and recording Architecture Decision Records (ADRs).

• Persuasive Communicator: You exhibit exceptional stakeholder management and negotiation skills, with an ability to articulate difficult technical concepts clearly to shift points of view.

• Community Mentor & Visionary: You possess a strategic mindset to maintain long-term product roadmaps while actively mentoring peers and contributing to enterprise architecture communities.
