Job summary

Roche is seeking a Data Management & Governance Specialist to drive the ASPIRE Data Migration program. You will bridge technical data engineering with strategic business goals, handling legacy data, governance, and secure migration to the ERP backbone.

You will lead migration strategy execution, globe-spanning governance, and complex data problem solving, while mentoring teams and aligning with senior stakeholders to minimize data risk.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading full-cycle data migration projects for ERP platforms.
• Proven ability to design and implement enterprise-grade data governance frameworks.
• Experience collaborating with technical teams, business leaders, and external consultants.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and execution of data migration frameworks, policies and processes.
• Design and maintain data governance frameworks at enterprise scale.
• Tackle complex data migration anomalies and perform root-cause analysis.
• Establish data quality metrics, validation standards and profiling methodologies.
• Map legacy data to future ERP data models.
• Advise senior leadership on migration strategy and risks.
• Mentor junior specialists and cross-functional teams.
