This role is responsible for driving technical excellence, system architecture, and execution across multiple enterprise-scale products, including ERP, POS, cloud platforms, and integrated business systems.
• This position requires strong technical language fluency, hands-on development background, and the ability to translate complex technical decisions into scalable, reliable solutions while leading high-performing development teams.

BUSINESS CONTEXT

• Company is building its own ERP system from scratch (greenfield → full product).
• Development is driven by a strong internal core engineering team.
• Systems include ERP, POS, cloud platform, e-invoicing, WMS.
• This role is a technical authority role, not a coordination role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (WHAT THE CANDIDATE WILL ACTUALLY DO)
