Job summary

WhiteCrow Research Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an Equipment Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations for automated and semiconductor-related equipment in Malaysia.

The role focuses on implementing autonomous, preventive and predictive maintenance programs while reducing downtime and maintenance costs. You will manage engineers, supervisors and technicians, develop skill matrices, and collaborate with external contractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 10–15 years in maintenance management, with leadership experience.
• Solid understanding of semiconductor and automated testing equipment.
• Hands-on engineering and maintenance in automation manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Autonomous, Preventive and Predictive Maintenance and TPM programs.
• Lead and develop the maintenance team, including engineers, supervisors, technicians and contractors.
• Develop data-driven maintenance plans and monitor MTBF, MTTR, and OEE.
• Ensure safety standards and permit-to-work procedures are followed.
