WhiteCrow Research Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a global manufacturing client in Penang, Malaysia. You will lead maintenance data analysis, drive reliability programs, and guide a team of technicians to keep equipment available and compliant.

You will coordinate with engineering and EHS to implement preventive maintenance, safety improvements, and cost‑reduction initiatives, leveraging AutoCAD and PLC knowledge in a fast‑paced factory environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical, automation control, or engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience maintaining and managing equipment in large factories.
• Solid knowledge of mechanics or electronics.
• Familiar with Office, AutoCAD and PLC programming.
• Ability to interpret English materials for production equipment.

Responsabilités

• Analyze maintenance data weekly and develop improvement plans to reduce failures.
• Handle major equipment failures and assist with modifications for new products.
• Establish technician on‑job training programs and assess performance.
• Assign tasks to subordinates to ensure timely completion.
• Conduct assessments to strengthen mechanical, electrical, PLC, and safety skills.
• Participate in equipment risk inspections and design safety devices with EHS.
• Plan and manage equipment improvement projects to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Assist in formulating safety and department policies and procedures.
