Job summary

Schneider Electric Industries (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager in Malaysia to drive growth in Secure Power and large data center solutions. You will craft account strategies, manage key relationships, and lead multi-team efforts to close complex deals.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners to expand market share, implement strategic plans, and achieve ambitious revenue targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar discipline.
• 5+ years in sales, with data center industry knowledge.
• Experience in managing customers in target segments and territory.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and annual planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans for named enterprise clients.
• Identify and map named accounts using standardized criteria.
• Lead opportunities through funnel to closure with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with partners to deliver secure power and DCPI solutions.
• Grow revenue, share of wallet, and win rate per account.
• Mentor teams on sales execution processes and tools.
