Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Engineer to uphold reliable operations within our manufacturing environment in Bayan Lepas, Penang. You will lead corrective and preventive maintenance, monitor energy usage, and support production with minimal downtime.

The role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 years hands-on experience in HVAC, air systems, cleanroom controls, and GMP/ISO compliant practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related Facilities Engineering discipline.
• At least 5 years hands-on experience in HVAC, OFA, and cleanroom environmental control systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for facility and utility systems.
• Experience with preventive maintenance and shutdown planning.
• Knowledge of GMP and ISO standards, with vendor/contractor management and audit readiness.

Job Requirements:

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in facility and utility systems, including HVAC, compressed air, and ventilation systems, with experience in preventive maintenance and shutdown planning.

Experienced in cleanroom recertification activities, including HEPA filter replacement, validation, and preparation of recertification reports.

Knowledge of GMP and ISO standards, with experience managing vendors/contractors and ensuring compliance, audit readiness, and operational reliability in a manufacturing environment.
