Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Project Engineer to drive product development from design to mass production. You will analyse, identify, and monitor the product development to meet customer requirements, and coordinate with suppliers and other departments to ensure timely progress.

The role requires a Mechanical Engineering degree, strong English and Malay, with Mandarin as an added advantage. Experience in plastic injection moulding and automotive industry is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• English and Malay proficiency; Mandarin an added advantage.
• Knowledge of plastic injection moulding and automotive industry is an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of CATIA / SolidWorks / AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and identify product and monitor development to meet customers’ requirements.
• Liaise and monitor with suppliers on all matters.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports and coordinate development activities with other departments.

Responsible for the Project Engineering which include product development from designing until mass production.

Requirements

Minimum Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

Technical knowledge in plastic injection moulding and in automotive industry is an added advantage.

Basic knowledge in operating Catia / Solid Work / Auto Cad.
