Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Mechanical Design & Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics.
• 1–2 years of mechanical-related experience; fresh graduates may be considered.
• Proficient in CAD/drawing software.
• Knowledge or experience in sheet metal design is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented with strong learning ability and good understanding of technical drawings and data.
• Good communication and teamwork across departments.

Responsibilities

• Assist with product structure design and component improvement.
• Follow up on prototype builds, production assembly, and test reports.
• Prepare BOMs, machining drawings, and assembly work instructions.
• Support production teams to resolve manufacturing issues and suggest improvements.
• Organize engineering drawings, standards, process documents, and inspection reports.
• Participate in project meetings and coordinate with departments.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Use CAD, Creo/SolidWorks, and other 3D design software to assist with product structure design, component improvement, and process optimization.

Follow up on prototype builds and production assembly, record process parameters, assembly issues, and key data, and prepare test reports.

Prepare BOMs, machining drawings, and assembly work instructions.

Support production teams in resolving basic manufacturing and assembly technical issues and provide improvement suggestions.

Organize and maintain engineering drawings, technical standards, process documents, and inspection reports.

Participate in project meetings and coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth project completion.

Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

Diploma or above in Mechanical Design & Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields.

1–2 years of mechanical-related experience. Fresh graduates with strong potential may also be considered.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Experience in manufacturing, mechanical design, process engineering, or equipment is an advantage.

Proficient in CAD/drawing software.

Knowledge or experience in sheet metal design is an advantage.
