Job summary

Allianz Malaysia Berhad is seeking a sales-oriented professional to develop strong relationships with intermediaries, generate new business and retain existing clients. You will onboard and train intermediaries on EB products, manage premiums, and drive digital initiatives aligned with company goals.

The role requires at least 5 years in Sales or Financial Services, strong communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia, and willingness to travel with own transport.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or professional degree in any discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in Sales or Financial Services.
• Result-driven with ability to achieve targets and work independently.
• Strong interpersonal skills to manage intermediaries and teams.
• Proficient English and Bahasa Malaysia communication abilities.
• Own transport and willingness to travel.
• Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT for task simplification.

Responsibilities

• Develop and build strong relationships with intermediaries to achieve objectives.
• Generate New Business and ensure retention of existing clients.
• On-board, train and brief intermediaries/clients on EB products and services.
• Manage outstanding premiums and ensure payments within terms.
• Drive digitalization aligned with company goals and intermediary participation.
• Ensure full compliance with division, company, LIAM and BNM guidelines.
• Provide cooperation and support to achieve Allianz's goals and vision.
• Perform any other duties as deemed necessary.
