Sincere Healthcare Group in Johor Bahru invites applications for Senior Embryologists and Embryologists to join our fertility centers in Medini, Johor. The role involves performing and overseeing embryology and andrology procedures within a multidisciplinary team, contributing to patient-centered fertility care.

Senior candidates will provide laboratory leadership, mentor staff, and participate in protocol optimization and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong laboratory skills including handling biological specimens, equipment operation and strict quality/safety protocols.
• Expertise in IVF and Assisted Reproduction techniques including embryo culture, transfer prep, and cryopreservation.
• Solid foundation in medicine and reproductive medicine, understanding fertility pathophysiology and clinical workflows.
• Andrology-related skills including semen analysis, sperm preparation and related procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee embryology and andrology laboratory procedures (oocyte retrieval handling, insemination, culture, assessment, cryopreservation).
• Prepare and manage IVF/ART cycles with strict adherence to lab protocols and documentation.
• Collaborate with fertility specialists, nurses and clinical staff to plan treatment cycles and support patient care.
• Senior Embryologists lead the lab, mentor junior staff and contribute to protocol optimization and accreditation activities.
