Job summary

ALPHA IVF & Women's Specialists is a premium fertility centre located in Kota Damansara, Selangor, Malaysia. The Junior Embryologist/Embryologist/Senior Embryologist will handle semen analysis, embryo culture, ICSI, and maintain laboratory sterility and stock control.

The role includes donor recruitment support, data analysis for ART statistics, and participation in quality assurance, with opportunities to stay abreast of new reproductive techniques through conferences.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences / Biotechnology or equivalent.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Handle semen analysis, sperm preparation, selection and culture of oocytes and embryos, freeze/thaw embryos and perform ICSI and other ART procedures as required.
Assist in IVF laboratory maintenance, cleanliness, sterility and stock management of consumables and frozen gametes.
Stay updated with reproductive technologies through journals and conferences (some sponsored).
Assist in the donor programme including recruitment and donor screening updates.
Aim to achieve good fertilisation and pregnancy rates and assist in ART data analysis and quality assurance.
