Qualifications

• A Medical Assistant with a passion for Reproductive Medicine ( IVF/ART experience is a plus)

Responsibilities

• Lead the patient journey from initial consultation through procedures and beyond.
• Execute clinical protocols (injections, scans, procedures) with precision and care.
• Provide Malaysia-warmth and patient-centric care, treating the person, not just the case.
• Collaborate with Specialists and Embryologists in a high-volume, high-achieving environment.
